When you form or join a Team for the Race for the Kids, it’s not just any team, it’s a POWER TEAM. Your team can be made up of just about anyone - your friends, family, or even co-workers. Forming a team for the Race for the Kids makes the day so much more fun!

Forming a team can also help you achieve and exceed your fundraising goals. By creating a team you will be working with your friends and family to help build financial and community support for Big Brothers Big Sisters of NYC and the many children we serve!

ADOPT-A-MATCH!

Give your team a Power Plan and ADOPT-A-MATCH.

Any team or individual who raises $1,600 will sponsor a mentoring match for a year. The cost to service a mentoring match for one year is $1,600; this includes professional mentor match supervision, extensive volunteer screening by professional Social Workers and other services for the entire family. As a match sponsor, you will receive a profile of a match in our program and learn firsthand how BBBS of NYC positively impacts the community. At BBBS of NYC, we know that the best way to help one is to add another. Your donation has the power to change the lives of disadvantaged children in New York City.
